What We Do

  • Order Processing: We help you place an order at any Korean online store.
  • Receiving & Checking: We receive your order at our warehouse and check the goods for visible defects.
  • Packing: We strive to pack the parcel as compactly as possible to reduce shipping costs.
  • Shipping: We hand over the parcel to the logistics service that delivers it to you.

We work with each client individually, so you can ask questions at any stage of the order.

Important Information

Please note that we are only responsible for the quality of our intermediary services. This means that if a store sends a defective item, we will do our best to help you return the item or get a refund, but we are not responsible for the operation of the stores themselves.

The same applies to logistics: within our capabilities, we will help you resolve any issues, including customs clearance or compensation for a lost parcel (although there have been no such cases yet). Our main task is to receive the goods, pack them properly, and ship them.
